Android Package Kit (APK) is an extension for the Android Package files that are used by the Android operating system for distributing applications. Or a number of other Android-based OS for distribution and installation of mobile apps, mobile games and middleware. It can be written in Java or Kotlin. However the APK files contain all the data of an application from its resources and manifest to the app’s compiled application code.
How to install an APK file?
Carefully, Follow the below steps;
Setup your device for installation
Location: Setting > Security > Unknown source
Open Download folder
Location: Files/File Manager > My phone/Internal Storage > Download (default)
Just open/click on your downloaded APK File from and click “Install” when prompted. Carefully, follow the steps on the screen. You should then be able to see it installing on the screen of your device. The app will begin installing on your device.
