OBB/Data files are used to provide additional file assets for Android applications (such as graphics, sounds, video and other program assets), separate from an application’s APK file. Or opaque Binary Blob (OBB) contains data that is not stored in the application’s main package (APK file) and often stored in a device storage folder.

How to install/place a Data file correctly
Carefully, Follow the below steps;
Open Download folder
Location: Files/File Manager > My phone/Internal Storage > Download (default)

ZIP/DATA/OBB Installation
Place the downloaded OBB/Data file at the correct location on your device. Follow the steps where you’ve to put the OBB file.
- unzip/extract the downloaded OBB or Data file.

- Copy the ‘Data/OBB’ folder

- Paste it into the given path: My Phone/Internal Storage > Android > obb > “paste the folder here”


- If you cannot find the OBB or Data folder, you can create “obb” folder manually (New Folder: obb).
