Or opaque Binary Blob (OBB) contains data that is not stored in the application’s main package (APK file) and often stored in a device storage folder.

How to install/place a Data file correctly
Carefully, Follow the below steps;
Open Download folder
Location: Files/File Manager > My phone/Internal Storage > Download (default)
Place the downloaded OBB/Data file at the correct location on your device. Follow the steps where you’ve to put the OBB file.
- unzip/extract the downloaded OBB or Data file.
- Copy the ‘Data/OBB’ folder
- Paste it into the given path: My Phone/Internal Storage > Android > obb > “paste the folder here”
- If you cannot find the OBB or Data folder, you can create “obb” folder manually (New Folder: obb).
